Tark'An is a former soldier who turned her back on her people to seek her own fortune in the wider galaxy. Meris is a thrill-seeking former void racer who now carves her own road through the starways. Together, they are: Vixens of the Void.

Previously, Tar'kan and Meris arrived in the Zavis system in search of work when the Zavid government contacted them about one of their prospective passengers and requesting their assistance in tracking them.
