He's A (Charis)maniac, Maniac

We have a intense and controversial episode this week. The Bitter Pastor (aka Sam King) joins me as we talk about the different waves of continualism: pentecostal, charismatic, and the "third wave" movement. We also reminisce of live-tweeting the new Left Behind movie together and our upcoming live-tweet of Exodus: Gods & Kings on the evening of December 14th, 2014.

We listen to three voicemails that are asking the same thing: "What is the difference between a Pentecostal and a Charismatic?" I lay out the differences between them and afterwards we discuss in depth the dangers of the third wave movement, which I call their followers "hyper-charismaniacs". We talk about the differences between a Pentecostal revival and a third wave revival, as well as the too-often-used word, "Impartation."

We close with warnings and help for the third wave movement, reading from Jude 4 and Colossians 2:16-19. I urge listeners to reset their normalcy setting when it comes being in a place where the Holy Spirit is moving.
