In today’s focus scripture, the psalmist remembered that the LORD was the only One who could lift his head up and give him the comfort he needed to keep pressing forward.  We too must come to realize that when we are experiencing our darkest hour; and troubles keep on mounting, God is our only source of strength and encouragement to lift our heads. It is during those times our faith and trust in God will make the difference because our strength comes from God!  He’s A Lifter!
