Psychologist Jo Hemmings analyses Prince Harry, what he says in his book Spare and how he has acted in his media appearances around the book.   In her psychological analysis Jo says Prince Harry 'felt the need' to get all of this truth out there but she says while he didn't intend to harm anyone, the fallout from the book has been destructive.
