Diet culture has made us believe that we must choke down cabbage soup and wear waist trainers in an attempt to change our bodies. Much of the daily messaging we get when it comes to exercise, nutrition, and body image that comes from diet culture is VERY toxic. So we begin to break down the messaging that doesn't serve us and how to weed through the BS And find a way to meaningfully live your happiest and healthiest life outside of our diet cultural conditioning.
