Having covered the Big Two from DC in Episode 1 and 2, Micheal and Andrew turn their attention to Andrew’s all-time favourite comic book character – Spider-Man. Seriously, I’ve thought about firing Micheal and just doing a Spider-Man podcast devoted entirely to unremarkable eras – but I digress. Andrew chooses ASM #231 and #232 whilst Micheal picks ASM #491 (or Vol 2 #50). As usual they talk a certain amount of drivel, play some decent musical interludes and compare John Romita Jnr artwork across 2 decades. It’s a tightly packed, muscularly edited, fat-free installment. Just what you want for January.
