“Thought must produce action.” How creativity, people, personalization, and comprehensive conversations will save education.

I believe, as most educational leaders, teachers, parents, and students do, that our education is severely out of date and in need of some progressive innovations in order to meet 21st century needs. I have been shocked over the past 10+ years at how much media in our world identifies this need and the growing problems entrenched in the outdated system, but that nothing seems to be getting better. It's time to do something about it. Our current and future students need it. Our society needs it. Our future demands it.
