Hey You

As an overthinker in her mid 20s, it gets kind of rough (or maybe a lot) to deal with a turbulent mind and a sensitive heart. It’s a constant roller coaster ride to feel everything you need to feel and let go of everything that you can’t control. The journey is hard but sometimes the beauty in what you're going through is knowing you aren't alone. Maybe, just maybe it would help to know the person going through things not just the person who’s conquered them. Raw, unfiltered and turbulent, let me welcome you into my mind.
