A keen curator of music and a lover of house specifically; Kgotsokedj enjoys sharing his interests in deep, soulful, and deep tech styles within the genre. “Exploring digital music libraries as a teen sparked a desire to find new music. Sharing the excitement of “being-in-awe”, of the musical genius in the music I find, is why being DJ is more than a vocation for me, it’s an expression of humanity and giving moments of joy to those who listen. This is why I’m a DJ. This is why I share that experience through mixes and podcasts.”
“I’ve really started to take advantage of the digital platforms available to allow people to experience the music and the interrelated-relationship that’s formed to music produced by different people at different times through intentional selection and mixing. It was in  2008, I stumbled upon an older friend’s CD DJ Deck and I was hooked. The rest, is, and will be the story of my life. “
