HHS Secretary Alex Azar outlines the very beginnings when the US first learned of the Sars-nCov2 coronavirus in Wuhan China and how the Chinese government failed to take immediate action which would have prevented the virus from spreading out of control.

Secretary Azar also talks about the unprecedented action taken by the U.S. once health agencies became aware of the transmissibility of the Wuhan Virus.

Looking back one year later, Azar says had China informed everyone of the truth the pandemic could have been avoided.
