I thought long &amp; hard about what I should name this show. Formerly known as "The Morning Blend", this podcast now represents so much more than my healthy habits, motivational speaking or lifestyle. The previous name had me feeling trapped in a version of myself that I have now evolved from. I decided to name the podcast "Kayla", my first name since it just describes me. It's kind of a mood. I'm really looking forward to chatting with you all again on my terms &amp; connecting weekly. You're in for a good one.
