It was pretty good. Great hero. The heroine wasnât unlikeable but the whole Mark thing quickly grew old.

Possible Spoilers **** I kept waiting for her to get a backbone and it just never really happened. The only reason he finally moved on had nothing to do with anything the heroine said or did. He just meet someone else. Her going along with the fake engagement was a TSTL moment in my opinion. Especially because she had already meet and sparked with the hero.

I would have preferred if the author would have spent more time with the mystery intruder on the island. It was more interesting and the author could have done a lot with it if she had tried. Like bringing the dad into it to stop bad guy or whatever.

Now a renown mystery writer, he hid away from the world. He liked his privacy but when his first nivel was chosen to be turned into a movie. He knew he couldn't stay hidden away on his private island much longer.

Emma Wilder, a new upcoming actress who got her first big role when JT chose her to play the heroine in his movie. She was dating one of her co-stars but when things ended, she needed a friend.

She turned to JT, who had been more than a boss to her and her castmates. He was a friend, one she could learn on when she was having a bad day.

JT and Emma were both alike when it came to the attention they received from the media and the fans. They liked their peace and quiet. They also were attracted to each other.

When things between Emma and her boyfriend took a turn for the worse, she needed a place to go to where no one would disturb her. She took JT up on his offer and went to his island.

They grew closer and gave into their attraction but life is alwaya filled with obstacles. Emma's unwanted past found her which put the new lovebirds in the spotlight.

Kayla and JT were still searching for their sister Lori's murderer. They met their half-sister (Cora) for the first time and they all came to the same conclusion. That their father was no father at all.

Despite having reservations at first Cora made her place into JT's heart. Loved all the twists and turns that came with meeting the newest Thomas member.

HIDDEN CHARM is the fourth book in Jill Sanders' SILVER COVE series. What a seductive and alluring journey this has been. Magnificent job by Jill Sanders.
