Will not disappoint
This story takes place over about three days and so it is fast paced and full of action. It is rather short in length, but at times long in suspense. Not as brutal as other Oldham novels, but the action and suspense kept me on edge with the pages turning quickly. I found myself sneaking peeks when I had the opportunity.
I am really not about giving any of the story or plot lines away in this or any other of my reviews, but if you like English police procedural stories, this is another good one. So far I have read six Nick Oldham novels and have been only mildy disappointed once. That is a good track record and it is hard for me to believe I am the first reviewer.
