Mariam speaks with Hieromonk Alexi, founder of the Holy Archangel Michael and All Angels Skete in northern Missouri. Before founding the monastery Fr. Alexi worked and ministered at 31st and Troost in Kansas City, right on a historic racial and economic dividing line. Here, he along with his wife Matushka Michaela and others started St. Mary of Egypt mission parish and Reconciliation Services.
