NetZero USA now recalls High Bay LED Light Fixtures, model numbers NZ 9110.3, NZ 9160.4, and NZ 9321.5. The internal LED power board can loosen and contact flammable items leading to fires and burns.
About 16,000 affected fixtures were sold through NetZero USA, Citory Solutions, Red Sail Developments, and other distributors nationwide.
Stop using any fixtures showing signs of a loose LED board or lens discoloration. Turn off the circuit and contact NetZero USA at 1-888-326-2220 or via email at [email protected] to arrange for a free inspection and repair or replacement of the LED board.
