If left without treatment, can have a negative effect on various organs of the body, such as the eye, brain, heart, and kidneys. It is important to take the necessary precautions to help in the reduction of high blood pressure. For example, regular blood pressure check-ups and timely management are crucial to prevent or minimize the adverse effects on organs and overall health. Lifestyle changes, such as a healthy diet, regular exercise, and stress reduction, along with medication when necessary.
