Howdy Partnerns! 

If we are going to be talking Texas, what better way than to have a chat with a real, genuine cowboy!  We take a little trip outside of Austin to the Ride on Center for Kids (The R.O.C.K.) to see and hear what great things they are doing for the human soul. Mr. Kevin Bowers was more than gracious with his time to sit down and tell the R.O.C.K.'s story.  To the staff of the ROCK, healing through horses is more than just a motto to them, it is a way of life.

ROCK (Ride On Center for Kids), a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, provides equine-assisted activities and therapies to children, adults, and veterans with physical, cognitive and emotional challenges.  Check out www.rockride.org to know more.
