Statistically our young people once they exit school they typically change jobs 10-14 times before they turn 38.  Often times these job changes are not in the same field or type of roles; some times even leaving industries completely.  One of the biggest problems leading to this is the lack of education by our education system on what career paths are out there and how to get to them.  This podcast will address the major gap in our education system, a vew from a student, and how to get ahead of the problem.
