Clayton has received many prestigious awards, such as the Presidential Rank Award, the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal, and the NASA Exceptional Engineering Achievement Medal.

Starr began her career as a systems engineer for Lockheed Martin Space in 2007. Less than a year later, LaTasha was one of fifteen engineers throughout Lockheed Martin Space to participate in the Engineering Leadership Development Program. Starr has embraced challenges with technical excellence, taking on the responsibility of designing, testing, and validating solar telescopes to monitor the sun’s activity.

In addition to her duties at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Starr is also the CEO of ESTe²M Dreamers, a nonprofit that strives to improve the academic success rate of local youth by providing opportunities for STEM-focused summer camps, tutoring, and after-school activities throughout the school year.

CDR Walker has served on USS BATAAN, where he received the Humanitarian Service Medal after support of Hurricane Katrina humantarian assistance and disaster relief. Later, the Commander served on USS CARL VINSON, where he excelled at anticipating problem areas in management of 26 assessable chemical and radiological programs. Ashore, CDR Walker served as a Nuclear Programs Manager, Section Head for Amphibious Warfare In-Service Readiness, and most recently, the Executive Assistant to Commander, Second Fleet / Commander, Joint Forces Command Norfolk.

CDR Walker has received numerous recognition awards, such as the NNOA CAPT Sallee Kafer Mentoring Award in 2017 and NNOA Doris Miller Award in 2018 for his efforts in improving the connection between accession, retention and mentorship of Naval Officers.

Gen. Spencer spent over 40 years in the Air Force, with his last assignment being the Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force. In this capacity, Gen. Spencer was the secong highest-ranking military member in the Air Force. He presided over the Air Staff and assisted the Chief of Staff of the Air Force with organizing, training, and equipping 690,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve, and civilian forces serving in the United States and overseas.

Dr. Feliz tackles big challenges and upon embarking on her PhD journey has worked to solve one of the most pressing global problems in healthcare; the inaccessibility to affordable medical imaging used for helping diagnose and treat conditions ranging from pregnancy complications to cardiovascular malignancies. Within her first year of studies, she was awarded The National GEM Consortium Fellowship in 2015 and is now considered a subject matter expert in 3D printing low-cost technology for use point-of-care in developing regions. 

With her Ph.D. at Columbia University completed, Dr. Feliz is launching her startup, Ultrasonos, distributing the first-ever imaging system that generates 3D sonograms for under $300 in materials cost, paving the way for ultra-affordable modalities to enter the ultrasound market and be used in remote patient management, especially during COVID-19 times when patients can monitor their health at home via telemedicine consults to avoid trips to the hospital.
