Entrepreneurs can quickly become stressed and often sadly give up on the mission that they set out for because of burnout. Which is why John wrote his second book, The 3.3 Rule Book.

Today we are diving into holistic health and chiropractic care with our guest, Dr. Jeremy Bischoff from North Star Chiropractic.
Dr. Jeremy graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. Previously Dr.
Jeremy graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Biology Pre-Med. He is
currently licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Following graduation from chiropractic school
Dr. Jeremy attended an 8 month immersion training at one of the professions largest clinics in
Romeoville, Il. With his wife Jenn; he then opened his office in Woodbury, MN. Dr. Jeremy have
since served as a member of the wellness advisory council to USA Wrestling, Judo, and
Weightlifting including serving at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. He has also served as
team chiropractor for many local athletic programs from youth teams up to the University level at
Concordia University St. Paul and the semi-pro football Northland Bulls of the NEFL. He has
received advanced certification in structural correction, nutrition, and detoxification, and
continues to learn new and innovative ways to best enhance the function of the nervous system
and improve Innate healing. Dr. Jeremy lectures on health and wellness at many corporations
throughout the metro area and the St. Croix Valley.
At North Star Family Chiropractic we take a specific and individualized approach to each case,
as each person is uniquely different. Thermography and digital X-Rays are used to objectively
measure and track progress. We use cutting-edge adjusting techniques and body-weighting
protocols to help guide the body into a more functional position and take advantage of it’s own
natural reflexes for assistance in the correction. Specific structural correction of the spine
allows for optimal nervous system communication and is the foundation to functioning at your
