Many years ago I was gifted this visualisation/vibrational gift in my own meditation. It has been a constant North Star for me for many years. Whilst I have shared it within Retreats and Clinic I felt it was time to share with the Inner Light Community.

At the time of release we have just experienced Full Moon, a time of heightened energy and I felt this was an appropriate time for release of this recording.
