Diane helped blaze the trail many women walk today. Starting her career at Trammell Crow in 1987 and working her way to COO, Diane, along with the rest of the executive team led the company through an enormous expansion. Diane then joined ProLogis as COO to be one of a few women to hold the COO position at two Fortune 500 companies.

Currently Diane leads 4Word, a women's organization, which has impacted over 750,000 women in the workplace through her digital platform, community groups and mentoring classes. .
