My guest, Michelle, is a Certified Transformational Life & Mindset Coach, who has helped many sensitive souls go from burn out, to overcoming toxic environments and becoming independent and purposeful souls. Her own experience with discovering her highly sensitive trait, along with overcoming narcissistic abuse, has led her to this mission of helping others break free from the negative patterns in their lives through her coaching and support.
Michelle and I discuss what it's like to grow up being highly sensitive, as well as some of the challenges those with this trait face. We also dive into the difference between highly sensitive people and empaths, as well as the similarities. Michelle gives some great tips on how to embrace your highly sensitive trait, including showing yourself the same love you give to other people.
