aaaaaaand WE'RE BACK! HIITCAST has been reorganizing our podcasting schedule in 2018, but we're back and with a great interview for you!
While out of town, I was able to visit the campus of Dixie State University in St. George, UT, and speak with 2 exercise science students who are fans of the podcast! We talked about their current research on softball swing kinematics toward predicting homerun patterns, and how becoming researchers has improved their ability to read other research studies. We talk about the value of reading scholarly articles, and WHY YOU SHOULD READ RESEARCH ARTICLES and invest the extra time and effort in that over the quick and easy google hits on your health and fitness questions!
