This week Lucie talks to the hilarious Palestinian-American comedian and amateur boxer, Nina Kharoufeh. Nina appears in comedy clubs all over the country, has written a children's book called I'm A Princess Too, was part of the first ever all female comedy tour of the Middle East and is getting ready for her first amateur boxing fight. Nina grew up in New Jersey with Palestinian parents. We talk about being what makes her American, why she chose to start wearing the Hijab in middle school despite not growing up religiously, how her bully became her neighbor, the judgement she faces for the choices she's made, her time working at Fox News, her path to boxing, why she wants to deport Michael Rappaport and so much more.
