☕📖 EPISODE 33 | Sitting With the Story of the Cross | Matthew 27–28 ✝️

In this week's episode of Hijas con Propósito: 1 God 2 Mics, we started by catching up on our week, sharing a little life update, and talking about the coffee we picked up from Coffee Code before settling into our Bible study.

This week, we read through Matthew chapters 27 and 28—the crucifixion, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.

Unlike many of our other Bible study episodes, we didn't spend much time highlighting, annotating, or breaking down every passage. Instead, we felt led to simply read the Scriptures and sit with them. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down, listen, and allow God's Word to speak for itself.

As we read about the suffering Jesus endured, the sacrifice He made on the cross, and the victory of His resurrection, we found ourselves reflecting on the magnitude of His love and what He willingly went through for us. This episode became less about commentary and more about remembering, understanding, and valuing the price Jesus paid for our salvation.
