In Part 2 of our episode with HiJiN(X) where we will discuss their activism and the way that colonialism has impacted their life.

HiJiN(X) (they/them) is an anti-binary Corean immigrant cultural worker driven by their disconnection and connection with the diaspora created by US imperialism and colonization. Born in Corea, they currently reside in Waawiyatanong (also known as Turtle Island or Detroit). They are a trauma informed visual problem solver and agitator who is driven by trans rage, and their hope to build community together and through beautiful queer liberatory connections.

You can connect with HiJiN(X) @hijinx.ai on Instagram or at hijinx.club.

Next week, we'll be back to talk with Joona Bae and Bleue Deveaux about how they connected and developed a queer platonic relationship through social media and burlesque.
