Lori does an out and back on the Highbanks Trail along the Au Sable River in Michigan. She takes you from Iargo Springs which is the western terminus to the Au Sable Dune Overlook and passes through the Canoer’s Memorial Monument and the Lumberman’s Monument.

Hike is an out and back and Lori hiked 10.3 miles total and had 623 feet of elevation gain.
