In this week's episode, I talk to the powerful Hilary Lewin who brings with her a wealth of experience from her life's work. Hilary is a menopause expert and we walk through her journey from becoming a mother, a therapist, the founder of Doula UK and the co-founder of the Abdominal Therapy Collective. Hilary shares her vast professional and firsthand experience with us as we talk about intuition coming from the head, heart and womb and the importance of the vagus nerve. The power of pause is also a beautiful thread throughout this conversation especially in relation to the menopause. This is a deeply informative episode that needs to be heard by everyone.
