In this episode, we speak with Hilde Olsen, who is coordinating the work of the European Network of Public Employment Services in the European Commission. We discuss the challenges for long-term unemployed to find paid work, especially if they have caring responsibilities, and the point of view of employers broadening their recruitment pool.
