Jason Schultz is the Executive Director of Agua Viva Ministries in Ensenada, Mexico. A second-generation missionary, Jason does not consider himself a missionary, unless maybe when he’s visiting churches in the U.S. He tells us about the many aspects of Agua Viva open to short-term mission trips from the U.S., as well as the necessary lifelines AVM provides to so many in Mexico. God stories aren’t confined by international boundaries.

But through the twists and turns of her teenage and college years, she developed a dependence on Jesus...a dependence on which she continued to rely during the difficult times of leading a local company with national operations, regardless of how high the stakes.

She claims she just bounces along to where God wants her, but she absolutely is a tool for God to help bring “hope, peace, and healing;” things that, as you hear her story, she obviously knows a lot about.

More than 20 years ago, Dave and Tracy Haugen experienced a loss no one should go through. They could have kept it to themselves, but instead opened up to their church and have not ignored the lessons and love that came with their experience. Dave joins us to talk about a life that ended almost before it began, but continues to show us God’s provisions for our needs.

We’ve often heard that the most common answers to prayer are “yes, no, and wait.” Rarely has anyone waited for an answer to prayer as long as Kim and Steve Maxwell.
