If your Christianity was on trial, would you be found guilty of being a Christian? As we continue in the letter from Paul to the Philippians, let's learn what Paul means when he says "to live Christ, to die gain."

Are we living our Christian lives in such a way that we can guard ourselves, our family, our friends, even the lost, from false prophets and fake gospels? Listen, as Pastor David take us through Amos chapter 9, teaching us how the people of Israel worshiped fake gods for their own purpose. Have we as Christians set apart our faith from the world and human opinions?

What kind of fruit is your life producing? In looking at Amos 8, the realization is that our life produces something intentionally or unintentionally and God will bring everyone to account for what they produce. Listen to the warning of Amos for all of us.

Amos continues with a lament towards the people of God, for not listening to God's warning. He laments the loss of life and land because people satisfied with their own religion would not listen to God.

Are Christians being the light God has called us to be? In Amos, chapter 3, Amos challenges the faithfulness of Israel which had fallen so far that they no longer knew what was right. The reminder for believers is that there is a calling from our salvation and God's truth to understand and live out!
