Pastor Lisa Holmlund

Lisa is an Evangelical Covenant Pastor and member of CCC. She had planned to spend the entirety of 2020 as a missionary in Argentina. Due to the pandemic, those plans were abruptly changed and she came home in August. She lead's us through Philippians 4 as an end-cap to our advent series “Comfort and Joy”. Here is her introduction:

I’d like to encourage you to take 5 minutes or so before we are together this Sunday and read Philippians 4. As you read, ask yourself the following questions:

• How is my heart?

• How is my soul?

• How is my mind?

• How am I ready to finish 2020?

I look forward to sharing with you my experiences of 2020 and how God has brought contentment to my life in the midst of hard things.
