Joe Ryan III is a multi-talented music wizard who exudes charisma and confidence reminiscent of Magic Johnson. Flint, Michigan has shared its athletes with America not as much is said about its musical artists. Joe is only in his early 30’s now and has had a remarkable start to a career in Hollywood. Ryan is an independent Artist, Producer, Songwriter, Composer, Engineer and DJ.

Previously, Radio Free Flint interviewed Joe Ryan III about his song Flint, Michigan (Click Here to Listen to Previous Podcast)  It was a song with his 90 year old grandmother.  He was so popular with our audience we decided to release the biographical segment of his interview.  This podcast relates to Joe's background and his story about how he ended up in Hollywood working with some of the biggest names in music today.

Joe Ryan III reflects his generation by using the ever-changing technology of music and recording. He is a Tele-Pixs composer. That is a job description that few claimed just 30 years ago.  He has mastered the art of engineering and recording music. He also has a gift that very few musicians come to naturally, the gift of matching song and music with other forms of entertainment.

Joe Ryan III also has composed music for Fox television networks’ "Lethal Weapon", NBC's "The Voice", MTV's "The Challenge: Champs Vs. Stars", ABC's "The Ellen Degeneres Show", Cartoon Network's "Teen Titan's Go!", ABC's "Dancing with The Stars", talk shows "The Real" & "The Preachers", and more. Joe went on to compose music for ESPN, FOX, ABC, VH1 and even became a music supervisor and composer for B.E.T.'s "Hip Hop Sisters". After a successful composing run, he began building his resume as an artist again, landing opportunities of rapping on The Discovery Channel.

He has also charted his own songs in the top ten in Japan!
