At any time of year, it’s important to plan and schedule rest and recovery cycles in our lives and businesses, and with our team.
But we have to start with ourselves .In this episode, we are sharing with you three separate categories to make it easier to put frameworks together.
Here are the key moments in this episode:

1:41- How do I rest and recover as an entrepreneur?
2:13- Five Physical Ailments of Success Article
6:09- First Category: Micro Rest - these are rest cycles we need to take throughout the day.
6:25- 90 minute chunks max, work your way up, then 15-minute breaks.
8:42- Book by Jordan Jordan Raynor: “Redeeming Your Time”
12:56- lunch is a longer break, take a short nap, ideally “27 minutes”.
15:42- Second category: Macro Rest- rest 1 day a week, or at least ½ a day, like a Sabbath.
19:21- Sleep hygiene.
28:11- Third category: Long Term- weekends and longer vacations
29:42- Give your team time off TOGETHER.
32:31- Sprint for 8 weeks, take a month off. George Lanza.
