The answer to this is typically any number of hours that you want them to work AND that they find acceptable.

One false belief we need to address is that you won’t be able to think of enough work for someone to do. We’ve talked about this before, but what happens is once you have someone to whom you can delegate, your brain switches into a more strategic mode, and you’ll want to delegate more and more things to them.
