Libby is a wife and mother of three children. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, she has always been interested in business. As a co-founder of WootRecruit, a SaaS company that helps businesses overcome hiring bottlenecks, Libby has helped over 400 companies worldwide. She also owns Organize It, a cleaning and organizing company that added a cleaning division in 2018, using her experience in developing processes and systems to scale her business quickly.
