And His Name shall be called… What is the significance of a name? The Lord places great importance in a name. When He changed people’s lives – He often changed their names. Names were given to places where victory or defeat was had, when someone encountered the Lord, or when a person was born with a specific call. And more importantly, the Lord reveals who He is and what He does by the His Names.
