You are not the weak to be trampled upon, you aren't without help. Jesus Promised that he would be with us through  his 'Holy' Spirit, and This Spirit of His is not some nice cute puppy. He is the very might of God, all wisdom, all grace, all power, all Kindness, Just for us.

The BIBLE tells us But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.

What a reality!
