Seguimos celebrando
En Hispaliterario seguimos celebrando nuestro primer año largo y como cada vez que metemos la tinta en el tintero es para pintar un reto, esta vez vamos a mezclar poesía, lectura y entusiasmo para invitarlos a que escuchen, lean y participen en lo que será la siguiente aventura.
El asunto es el siguiente. Hemos seleccionado el poema Carta a usted, del poeta cubano José Ángel Buesa, nos hemos atrevido a representar a un lector con la intención de darle vida al texto para ayudarlos a sentir la dimensión de este inmenso poeta con quien se tiene una deuda enorme por la excelencia de su poesía.
El reto es el siguiente. Deberán escribir una respuesta; una respuesta, por supuesto, con voz femenina, tendrán que ponerse en los zapatos, en el pellejo, meterse en el alma de la mujer que recibió la carta y alzar la voz en su nombre, defender el honor que está siendo cuestionado. Deberá ser una respuesta literaria, escrita en verso o en prosa, una carta que deje el corazón en la tinta, que deje claro que una mujer herida también sabe hacer del dolor un escrito bello y mortal y si se atreven, pueden hacer un video leyendo la respuesta (esto es opcional).
A continuación copiaré el poema Carta a usted, del poeta José Ángel Buesa para su respectiva lectura. Aclaramos que al publicar ustedes sus respuestas, por favor, no deberán pegar en sus post el poema ni usar nuestra portada.
CARTA A USTED
Señora, según dicen, ya usted tiene otro amante,
lástima que la prisa nunca sea elegante…
Yo sé que no es frecuente que una mujer hermosa
se resigne a ser viuda sin haber sido esposa.
Y me parece injusto discutirle el derecho
de compartir sus penas, sus goces y su lecho;
pero el amor, señora, cuando llega el olvido,
también tiene el derecho de un final distinguido.
Perdón, si es que la hiere mi reproche, perdón;
aunque sé que la herida no es en el corazón…
Y para perdonarme... piense si hay más despecho
en lo que yo le digo que en lo que usted ha hecho.
Pues sepa que una dama con la espalda desnuda,
sin luto, en una fiesta, puede ser una viuda
—pero no, como tantas, de un difunto señor—,
sino, para ella sola; viuda de un gran amor.
Y nuestro amor —¿recuerda?—, fue un amor diferente
(al menos al principio, ya no, naturalmente).
Usted era el crepúsculo a la orilla del mar,
que, según quien lo mire, será hermoso o vulgar.
Usted era la flor que según quien la corta,
es algo que no muere o es algo que no importa.
O acaso ¿cierta noche de amor y de locura
yo vivía un ensueño... y usted una aventura?
Usted juró cien veces ser para siempre mía,
yo besaba sus labios, pero no lo creía…
Usted sabe —y perdóneme—, que en ese juramento
influye demasiado la dirección del viento.
Por eso no me extraña que ya tenga otro amante
a quien quizás le jure lo mismo en este instante.
Y como usted, señora, ya aprendió a ser infiel,
a mí, así de repente… me da pena por él.
Sí, es cierto. Alguna noche su puerta estuvo abierta,
y yo en otra ventana me olvidé de su puerta;
o una tarde de lluvia se iluminó mi vida
mirándome en los ojos de una desconocida.
Y también es posible que mi amor indolente
desdeñara su vaso bebiendo en la corriente.
Sin embargo, señora..., yo, con sed o sin sed,
nunca pensaba en otra... si la besaba a usted.
Perdóneme de nuevo, si le digo estas cosas,
pero ni los rosales dan solamente rosas.
Y no digo estas cosas por usted ni por mí,
sino por los amores que terminan así…
Pero vea, señora, qué diferencia había
entre usted que lloraba... y yo que sonreía.
Pues nuestro amor concluye con finales diversos:
Usted besando a otro; yo, escribiendo estos versos.

In Hispaliterario we continue celebrating our first long year and as every time we put the ink in the inkwell is to paint a challenge, this time we are going to mix poetry, reading and enthusiasm to invite you to listen, read and participate in what will be the next adventure.

We have selected the poem Letter to you, by the Cuban poet José Ángel Buesa, we have dared to represent a reader with the intention of giving life to the text to help you feel the dimension of this immense poet to whom we owe an enormous debt for the excellence of his poetry.
The challenge is the following. You will have to write a response; a response, of course, with a feminine voice, you will have to put yourself in the shoes, in the skin, get into the soul of the woman who received the letter and raise your voice on her behalf, defend the honor that is being questioned. It should be a literary response, written in verse or prose, a letter that leaves the heart in the ink, that makes it clear that a wounded woman also knows how to make of pain a beautiful and deadly writing and if you dare, you can make a video reading the response (this is optional).

LETTER TO YOU
Madam, I hear you already have another lover,
Too bad that haste is never elegant...
I know that it is not often that a beautiful woman
to resign herself to being a widow without having been a wife.
And it seems unfair to me to argue with her right
to share her sorrows, her joys and her bed;
but love, madam, when oblivion comes,
also has the right to a distinguished end.
Forgive me, if my reproach hurts you, forgive me;
though I know that the wound is not in the heart...
And to forgive me... think if there is more reproach
in what I say to you than in what you have done.
For know that a lady with a bare back,
without mourning, at a feast, may be a widow
-but not, like so many, of a deceased lord!
but, for herself alone; widow of a great love.
And our love -remember? -, was a different love
(at least at the beginning, not anymore, of course).
You were the twilight on the seashore,
which, depending on who looks at it, will be beautiful or vulgar.
You were the flower that, depending on who cuts it,
is something that does not die or is something that does not matter.
Or perhaps on that night of love and madness
I was living a dream... and you an adventure?
You swore a hundred times to be forever mine,
I kissed your lips, but I didn't believe it...
You know -and forgive me-, that in that oath
is too much influenced by the direction of the wind.
That's why I'm not surprised that she already has another lover
to whom perhaps you swear the same oath at this very moment.
And as you, madam, have already learned to be unfaithful,
I, all of a sudden, feel sorry for him.
Yes, it is true. Some night his door was open,
and I in another window forgot about his door;
or one rainy afternoon my life was illuminated
looking at me in the eyes of a stranger.

disdained her glass drinking in the stream.
