Historic Flooding continues for the Southeast with more rain on the way

Major flooding and record rainfall continues for many locations in the Southeast. The Pearl River Basin in Mississippi has numerous locations under a state of emergency due to flooding, and yesterday Arkansas had four cities receive record rainfall numbers. Unfortunately, this rain is going to continue over the next few days, with a possibility of snow for North Carolina and Virginia. This Mid-Atlantic snowstorm will depend on the arctic, cold temperatures moving down from the Midwest. Check back later for updated weather forecasts.
