Major flooding and record rainfall continues for many locations in the Southeast. The Pearl River Basin in Mississippi has numerous locations under a state of emergency due to flooding, and yesterday Arkansas had four cities receive record rainfall numbers. This Mid-Atlantic snowstorm will depend on the arctic, cold temperatures moving down from the Midwest. Check back later for updated weather forecasts.
