In the 2nd hour, I will be joined by a triad of first time guests! Up first, Lee and Mark Quessenberry of Quessenberry BBQ. Their late Father, Jim Quessenberry, was on the semi-final list to get into the BBQ Hall of Fame this year. Although he didn't end up making it in this time around, there is a unique story to be told and they will share it tonight!

Closing out the show tonight will be the Marketing Director of Dreamland BBQ, Jonathan Bird. He will tell us about John "big Daddy" Bishop and how Dreamland got started and how it eventually grew into the powerhouse that it is today. He will also share his thoughts on what it means to Dreamland having John part of the 2019 BBQ Hall of Fame class!
