This week, Scott and Aaron remember several historical trailblazers – including a pioneering female aviator and a towering early figure in Black history. That figure is Benjamin Banneker, who famously challenged Thomas Jefferson on slavery and reportedly helped save the design of Washington, DC. (We’ve since heard that the DC story is not actually true – but it would have been nice if it was.)
