A broken car keeps Scott out of the studio, but he joins Aaron by phone to discuss significant moments in American civil-rights history, on the first day of Black History Month – including the Thirteenth and Fifteenth Amendments, the Greensboro sit-in in 1960, and Rosa Parks’ brave stand (or brave sit, as it were) in 1954.
