This week, Scott and Aaron mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day – though what the “D” actually stands for is still a bit of a mystery. Also: the Bill of Rights is proposed, the 19th Amendment is ratified, Homer Plessy challenges racial segregation, and – one of Scott’s favorite stories – the shopping cart is invented at an Oklahoma grocery store.
