This week, Scott and Aaron remember historical figures who fought against adversity to achieve their dreams of a better world. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is the most notable; this week marks the 60th anniversary of his “I Have A Dream” speech at the March on Washington in 1963. But there are many others – including Bayard Rustin, who organized that march; a union organizer who inspired an Oscar-winning film; the education advocate who pioneered the kindergarten movement; and an antifascist who became a celebrated freedom fighter during World War II.
