This is an episode of my experiences with domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, and suicide.

I don't go into deep detail, but this will help you to understand that I do have experience with each of the subject matters and why I became a Restoration Strategist. 

This weekend, I will participate in the "Out of the Darkness" walk for suicide prevention in my area.
