Nice book well done
Well written and informative
A rather light reading.
I'm disappointed because I wanted more analysis form the writer about both each battle and it's historical importance. The author claims that these battles all were of immense importance to history. That's true of course, but a better explanation other than a couple of sentences would have been interesting. As for the battles, the collection is not meant to be a complete history. But unfortunately, devoting only a hand full of pages per conflict means that we get the most skeletal account. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
