I'll admit, it's not the easiest thing in the world to recognize the fact that you need to radically transform your life. 

However, once the time comes to do it, your only choice is to move forward.  In today's episode, I want to speak to all those people who are sad, miserable, and moody. 

This is what I want to say: stop being sad, and find a way to be awesome instead!
