I have hit rock bottom PLENTY of times, its no secret. I think the idea of being perfect or never failing is ridiculous. My reality is that I have been hurt, dragged through the mud, and triggered by my darkest moments.  Yet I have gotten back up and kept it moving honey! Life goes on, and so should I.
